Ongoing maintenance is essential for the warranty conditions of any new unit and also brings the following benefits:

Our new installations carry a 5 or 7 year warranty (depending on the manufacturer) on the air conditioning units and a 12 month installation warranty on ancillary items and interconnecting services.

How often you must check for leaks depends on the:

• amount of refrigerant within the equipment
• global warming potential of the F gas (how much the F gas contributes to global warming)

We carry out maintenance work on a yearly fixed price contract basis. All additional work would be quoted as per requirements. With a contract our call out and labour rates are lower than non-contract customers.

All Maintenance Contract customers are given priority response during busy periods.
